About my work and professional experience
Hi, welcome to my website. I am Alejandro Hernández, mexican citizen and permanent resident in Brooklyn, New York.
My studies and professional experience in Mexican haute cuisine have taken me around the world, where I have personally advised gastronomic entrepreneurs from different countries to start or update their Mexican food restaurants.
